What’s that called again? …

Oh yeah, poetry… Which I’m not the best at. But I can try! (And most likely fail) This one has no name, so here we go! (inspired by the ocean)

Beautiful seas, glowing coasts
Out there with no place to hide
With fierce storms
And other famine
Are peaceful places
To reside
Nooks and crannies of coral
And even bottled foes
And in that beautiful deep blue sea,
Is where that red heart glows

First ever chapter of my new story

I don’t have a name for it, but I think it’s going to be called, Mind Games (not full chapter)

Chapter 1

Please let there be no one here…

We’ll be fine…

This was a time when mind speak wasn’t annoying.

There was a small tinkling sound as Seth kicked a bottle. We froze. We watched in terror as it hit a metal trash can. And that was all it took to set off the dogs.

Run.

I felt my muscles tense when I suddenly was shaken out of my story life.

“Sadie, this is your stop.”

I grabbed my bag and stepped into the gunk filled aisle. I cringed to the right-the cleanest side- and hoped I didn’t step in the remains of crackers, gum, and candy.

Why did I have to sit in the back?

It’s your fault.

Oh shut up Seth.

I gagged as I caught a wiff of a ninth graders gym socks, and I no longer cared about my shoes. I risked going faster and only managed not to trip into the revolting aisle. As soon as I touched the concrete, I turned to the right and started walking.

I watched the sluggish bus making it’s way down the street, wishing it would go faster. Once it turned the corner, I waited a few seconds, and then turned to the right. I cut through the yards of who-knows-how-many people’s yards and found myself standing at the backdoor of a mansion like structure.

For the first time, I saw a sign next to the door;

Private Property

Trespassers will be Punished

I roled my eyes. Punished? Seriously? Almost all the kids here were brats and have never even heard the word “no” before. There was no such thing as punishment in this building. Another sign was posted below this, and I held my breath.

Jacksonville City Orphanage

I shoved open the door and scurried to the cover of the staircase. But it was too late. I was being surrounded by little munchkins, and I was trapped.

“Sadie! Sadie! Sadie! Ahhh! Sadie!”

There was excited yelling, little clawing hands, and big bright eyes all staring up at me. I smiled sheepishly at them. Too young to be orphaned. Who wouldn’t want them? All kids deserved homes.

Melanie saved me from the adrenaline spiked kids, “Come on kids, give Sadie a chance to get to her room at least.”

She smiled at me and led many let-down kids out of the room. I studdied Melanie. She seemed… Older. Gray strands of hair were starting to highlight her raven colored hair, and I remembered her smile. It didn’t seem right. It didn’t touch her eyes. The only thing about her now that passed her for friendly was the gentle way she led the kids out.

I made my way up the winding staircase, letting my hands drag over the dust covered hand rails. I remembered running up and down these stairs as a kid. But now, I was a 14 year old teenager and I didn’t do such child-ish things.

My life isn’t really exciting at all, and that’s why I haven’t been updating. xD I’ll TRY to update every once and a while, but a while ago, I promised pictures a while back in August of some white-tailed deer, well, I actually found them!

Farrrr away! Through the screen, sorry!

And yay! I got all A’s and one B on my report card! hehe! I’m ecstatic!

Oh yeah, and Ali, NAG NAG NAG NAG me to blog on here, because I forget, and you don’t nag me enough. xD

Happy Thanksgiving! – Bucket List

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Okay, I just wanted to say happy thanksgiving. hehe. WELL, I hope yours was awesome, because mine was! A nice thanksgiving lunch with my family! (Grandparents, cousins, sisters, brothers, dad, stepmom!)

Bucket List:

Okay, what is a bucket list? Well, I was recently watching a movie called, “the bucket list”. It’s about 2 guys who get cancer and want to do everything before they, “Kick the bucket” and die. SO, I thought I might want to list the things I want to do before I go. (Not in this order) Even though some might be a little crazy and are never going to happen!
1. Go to Australia
2. Go to the Amazon rainforest
3. Publish a book
4. Have kids
5. Be famous for something enviornmental.
6. Be a singer
7. Discover a new species of mammal.
8. Star/Co-star in a movie based on a fantasy book
9. Stay married when I finally do and not get a divorce

All I can think of. (For now!)

Ok, I have to say, out of ALL my bunny nail clipping and doing special bunny mani-pedi’s, I have never had a bunny as calm as Sugar. She was PERFECT, and it took 2 simple minutes, she didn’t move ONCE. She was great. And she thought it was gonna be scary! lol

Silly Daniel-Anything else

Silly Daniel! Daniel is my autistic step-brother. We were watching the Noggin Channel and it was showing animals on a farm. There was a goat and he said, “What kind of animal was that? A Llama?” And it changed to a different goat. I said, “Daniel, that is a goat.” And he said, “No, the one before the goat that’s on now.” “Yes Daniel, that was still a goat.” “Oh… A Llama Goat?” LOL I laughed my head off. I love his creativeness.

yay!! I FOUND Paper-Clip Buddy! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! But he got washed and is now rusty. lol

Ugh, I just found out that my friend passed the gifted test, but my teachers didn’t except her into the gifted team.

Yay!! Good Grades! As far as I know, on my report card, I got:

Math: B
Language Arts: A
Social Studies: A (Just barely)
Science: A
Band: A (Just barely)
P.E. : A

So as you can see, I love my grades. <3 lol

ugh, I’m starting to freak because I am very lucky. I am very lucky because I think my cat opened the bottom part of my 2-Hole Hutch, and I’m very thankful I didn’t have any little baby bunnies in there. So, I’m trying to find some way to secure the main doors on the hutches. I’m very surprised, because they don’t usually mess with the bunnies. Snowy tried to taunt Speckles once, but that was it….

Loyalty to Revenge

Here is a little bit of my new book, please be HONEST!!!!

Chapter 1

Thwack!

Kiara looked at all three of her targets. Satisfied with her aim, she could now go to the local archer for her next lesson in archery.

Kiara was short for her age, and had the hiding skills of a hunter. Her long black hair made it easy to prowl along the corridors of the castle at night without being seen. Her brilliant bright green eyes matched the emerald studded necklace she wore at all times.

Because of her age, which was 13, she was one of the most skilled youths at archery in her time.

Kiara approached the archers field with caution, and saw that Master Suzlik wasn’t there.

It was odd for him not to be correcting and criticizing his younger pupil’s forms and archer work on the field. No one was out here, the targets weren’t out, and not even the wind dared to blow in case of disturbance.

She tried walking to his house, and found that his horses weren’t in his stables.

“Shoot!” She heard Master Suzlick calling out to his pupil’s.

Kiara wondered if it was possible that he was out showing the Royal Court his younger pupil’s progress.

She was suddenly upset. Master Suzlick promised her that next time the Royal Court visited, that she would be able to appeal to them and hopefully get a job.

Not only was Master Suzlick an archer, he also owned an orphanage, where she lived at this moment. When someone turned 14 years old, they had to go and find a job, or live on the streets because they had grown old enough to leave the orphanage.

Her 14^th birthday was coming up next month, and she new that she had to find a job soon, or let herself beg and starve.

She ran as fast as she could to the training field, searching the horizon, she finally spotted Master Suzlick.

He was alone, and was randomly calling angles and the occasional, “SHOOT!”

Kiara was glad he was not appealing to the Royal Court, but it disturbed her to see her master in this state.

She was curious about this strange new way her master acted, so she sat and watched.

Kiara thought she must have sat there for ages, about to get up from her sitting position, she stopped.

Across the field about 100 yards away from Master Suzlick, someone was walking out of the woods.

As patient as she was, she could not hold this curiosity in.

She started at a slow walk at first, and then it gradually became a slow run.

The next thing she saw was unbelievable.

The man from across the field had taken out his bow, nocked an arrow, and shot it straight at Master Suzlick.

She saw Master Suzlick fall to the ground, and that mysterious figure walked away, and she ran.

She ran as fast as she could, no matter how many cramps and damage to herself that she could do, she would not stop running until she saw Master Suzlick.

He was lying on the ground, a look of extreme fear and pain on his wrinkled and aged face.

He had an arrow in his shoulder, but since it had taken her so long to get to him, he had already lost a large mass of blood.

She was furious at herself for acting so foolish and letting that man walk out of that forest.

She bent down at Master Suzlick’s side.

“No… No… No… My fault… Come one… please… come on… you can make it…” Kiara whimpered.

“Take…. This… You mustn’t take… the blame…for this happening…” He feebly handed her a sealed note.

She saw his chest slowly rising and falling, and then nothing at all.

“NO! NO! NO! PLEASE…” Kiara was full of hatred.

She would kill the person that murdered Master Suzlick.

Particularly to no one, Kiara yelled, “YOU HEAR THAT, I’LL KILL YOU!”
